Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide the highest quality real estate investment services in the pacific northwest, by working together with the local community and forward thinking developers to expand inventory while maintaining the important balance between the present needs caused by a rapid influx of new residents with the long term natural beauty of the region. We accomplish our mission by working diligently each day to gather data, determine the best path forward and through continuing analysis of our own efforts with an eye toward further optimization over time.
The Per Day Difference
Land use, real estate development, and proper investment in the pacific northwest require an incremental approach. We refer to that mindset as the 'Per Day Difference', because while we understand that nobody can solve all of the real estate inventory needs of the region overnight, we are confident that our work on a day per day basis will provide results we can all be proud of now and long into the future.
Environmental Impact
At Per Day LLC we take our role as stewards of the land very seriously, and we engage in thoughtful investment that balances the present needs of the community for greater residential housing inventory, with the long term importance of preserving the characteristics of the area of generations to come.
